My Timeqube is not turning on
If your Timeqube is not powering on when moving the power switch on the bottom:
Connect your USB-C charging cable to the unit
The charging light under Timeqube Logo on the front will turn red
Keep charging until the light turns green
Unplug the unit and switch on
In a rare case when your Timeqube is not charging (The charge LED is not turning red):
Try to use another USB-C charging cable (the one for Android mobile phones would usually do)
If this fails, go to https://timeqube.returnscenter.com and file a return request including images of a faulty Qube
You will get an E-mail from us once your request is approved.
We usually replace faulty units no questions asked, only requesting customers to send back their Timequbes for post-mortem analysis.
