My Timeqube is not turning on
If your Timeqube is not powering on when moving the power switch on the bottom:
- Connect your USB-C charging cable to the unit
- The charging light under Timeqube Logo on the front will turn red
- Keep charging until the light turns green
- Unplug the unit and switch on
In a rare case when your Timeqube is not charging (The charge LED is not turning red):
- Try to use another USB-C charging cable (the one for Android mobile phones would usually do)
- If this fails, go to https://timeqube.returnscenter.com and file a return request including images of a faulty Qube
- You will get an E-mail from us once your request is approved.
We usually replace faulty units no questions asked, only requesting customers to send back their Timequbes for post-mortem analysis.
