What is the delivery time for Timequbes?

With regular orders, we ship within a couple of working days, so usually you should be getting your Timeqube within under 2 weeks from the order date.

|| January 2022 Update for US/Canada customers || For US/Canada we started collaboration with a US Based fullfillment company called Shipbob and so delivery times for these locales should now be much shorter.

What are the differences between the three Timequbes?

TImequbes come in 3 varieties:

Classic - For business / education. Most used meeting / learning presets.

For business meetings as an add-on to meeting rooms
For timing school classes
For public speakers to beautifully time themselves in front of the public
For roundtable sessions and similar

To remind yourself about breaks on home office
To keep you stay undistracted by others in the household

Mind - This Timeqube was developed together with over 100 psychotherapists.

Question 3

Can I have custom times with my Timeqube?

Accepted Answer

It is possible to order a custom-timed Timeqube, where you select the six fixed presets on the bottom of the unit. We accept custom times for orders of 10 or more Timequbes.

Waiting time is usually around 2-3 weeks for the units to ship.

My Timeqube is not turning on

Accepted Answer

If your Timeqube is not powering on when moving the power switch on the bottom:

Connect your USB-C charging cable to the unit
The charging light under Timeqube Logo on the front will turn red
Keep charging until the light turns green
Unplug the unit and switch on

In a rare case when your Timeqube is not charging (The charge LED is not turning red):

Try to use another USB-C charging cable (the one for Android mobile phones would usually do)
If this fails, go to https://timeqube.returnscenter.com and file a return request including images of a faulty Qube
You will get an E-mail from us once your request is approved.

We usually replace faulty units no questions asked, only requesting customers to send back their Timequbes for post-mortem analysis.

Question 6

Timeqube blinks white

Accepted Answer

When switched on your Timeqube will blink red which means it is in standby mode and awaits you to press the qube with your hand.

Put the Timeqube on a flat surface
Check on the bottom if the time preset is the one you wish to use, change the preset if needed.
Press the entire unit with your hand - Timeqube will start the time selected on the bottom
